This incredible pack contains over 50,000 cut-out player faces for FM 2010!
They are all excellent quality and has been put together bya great team of people over at Sortitoutsi.net.
Installation Instructions
Step 1
You need to have a Bit Torrent client to download this file. I recommend using uTorrent which can be downloaded here.
Step 2
Download the file by clicking the 'Download File' button above.
Step 3
On the next page click where it says 'DOWNLOAD THIS TORRENT'.
Step 4
When asked what you want to do with the torrent file. Open it with uTorrent that you downloaded in Step 1.
Step 5
The torrent file should now open in uTorrent and you will get something looking like the screenshot below. You should save the file to a temporary folder such as My Documents. Make sure that the checkboxes next to the 2 files are TICKED.
Step 6
The torrent will now start to download. This could take a long time as it all depends on how many other people are sharing the file. But once it is done and it says 100.0% select the torrent and then click the Files tab below it and right click on MEGAPACK 2.0.zip and choose Open.
Step 7
You will now get a screen like the screenshot below. Click on Extract To.
Step 8
For the destination path please enter...
Windows XP Users
C:\Documents And Settings\[YOUR ACCOUNT NAME]\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2010\graphics\
Windows Vista & Windows 7 Users
C:\Users\[YOUR ACCOUNT NAME]\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2010\graphics\
Then click OK.
Step 9
The file will now extract the images and put them into the folder you just selected. This may take a while (took around 30 minutes for me) depending on your computer.
Step 10
Once it has finished extracting open up FM 2010 and go to Preferences > Display & Sound and make sure you UNTICK the box that says 'Use Skin Cache' and TICK the box that says 'Always Reload Skin on Confirm'. Then click Confirm.
FINISHED
**IF YOU EXPERIENCE SLOW DOWNLOAD SPEEDS**
If you are experiencing very slow download speeds in uTorrent then do this...
Right click along the bottom of the uTorrent window and choose Enable DHT.
I can't get it to work..I have followed all the steps...I extracted it to
C:\games\fm\graphics\players
I have ticked the boxes and confirmed it and it still doesn't work...anyone got any ideas?..I can view the pics in the folder but they don't show in-game..

Oh my god. just downloaded and installed this facepack and the competition club and competition logos. absolutly amazing. a lot of time and effort has gone into those player photos and the result is brilliant. no problems with download or installation. my game now looks awesome. thank you so much, your effort is very appreciated!

When start extarcting the files with WinRAR it says an error message saying ".... Either multipart or corrupt ZIP archive".. So I've tried downloading again and it gave me the same error... How can I get rid of this problem ???? Anyone has an idea to solve this problem ?

ive downloaded the file twice now and the same both times
Not working for me either, im downloading using "vuze" and unzipping the file with "winrar" but 3rd time ive fully downloaded it.. and tried to extract the files.. and same result each time... winrar says it cant unzip the file as it is either corrupt or missing files ... has anybody got any idea why this is happening?

From start to finish took me about a day, absolutely no problems. Unzipped, created graphics folder, whacked it in there and lovely job. Pics are quality! Definitely worth the download, cheers
Agree Grinerentype, ive wanted to download this for a while but piratebay is a deadlink so the only way is via rapidshare which you have to sign up and pay for (no wonder there are so few seeds).
Why couldnt this file be uploaded somewhere else like isohunt...

Can anyone help me? i downloaded it with winrar ok, but when i try extract it to the folder i had to make it comes up with a winrar diagnostic message 'cannot create' and says access is denied. can anyone able to give me a nudge?
@Djetou - I know it would of made much more sense just to use the public bittorrent tracker rather than pirate bay. It's a shame because it has really limited this file.
My download is going at 1.5kb per sec. It estimates its gona take 2 weeks to download
And the rapidshare links are pretty bad

First off, let me thank you for your work and I duly hope that you get your moneys worth from the adds because its a great site, but secondly is there any way to use this facepack without having it in your Documents folder? Because I use a 30gb partition for my windows install. Could you make say shortcuts to the actual files and put them in the documents folder?

If anyones having an problems downloading, simply try downloading from another Torrent, I used BitTorrent, & it works perfectly fine & was very simple.

You have to open he proper section of prefrences called Display and sounds. It's neer the top of the screen. Hope this helps
Hi guys was just wondering if i can have two graphics in the same folder, i have downloaded the Logo pack and this file and wanted to know if i can use the both of them at the same time?? sorry if this is stupid but i have never really changed any of the graphics in the game before. Thx
Tried the above, but the pictures still won't load.
I created the 'graphics' folder as said, and placed all the pictures in the folder and did what was said in the 'preference' option and still... Nothing...
Do I have to create all the individual folders in the graphics folder as well?
hello.i have problem.i've downloaded this pack twice and both times there was a problem with the .zip file. i couldn't unpack it.i used winrar.what do you think?

I've finished download it 11 days with very slow connection. After that, I use WINRAR to open it and WINRAR says: "C:\Users\gr0\Downloads\Megapack 2.0\MEGAPACK 2.0.zip: Unexpected end of archive"
In folder MEGAPACK 2.0 I've found only 0.png and it can't be extreacted.
quite simply, sensational. im yet to click on a player without a face. coaches, managers, even some of my scouts and physios now have faces too.
took roughly 4 hours to download on a 4meg connectioin and another hour to extract to the appropriate folder, but well worth the wait. even youth players at obscure clubs have faces. i never expected someone like iker munian, an exciting 16 year old i plucked from spanish obscurity to the dizzy heights of championship football to have a face, but he does!!!
just one thing, im not convinced that wilson palacios's picture is him. it could be, but im not sure... but everything else is perfect!
I'm using 7-Zip to open the files but I'm gtting an error saying ''cannot open as an archive'' any clue's as to what I'm doing wrong? I'm downloading th Rapidshare links btw.

You have to download all of the links from the top of the page if your using Rapidshare. It took me about an hour to download all of them but it will depend on your connection speed with your ISP.
The only thing I'm stuck on now is how to extract them because even 7-Zip is not working for me?

Thats all that needs to be said about this. It does take a while to download but the end product makes up for the waiting time. It completes the game; its just a shame that sigagames cant get the rights to show player faces.

Also, Im using a MAC. I used crossover games to convert FM10 from PC to MAC. will these pictures work on the mac? i can get the player pictures that are in the regular version.
do I need to start a new game for these to take effect? pls answer if i do need a new game i do not want to spend to much time on the current one. thanks!
md5423 no dude you don't need start a new game to take effect, its like magic, just unextract to the right folder, at the display & sounds preference, unselect USE SKIN CACHE then select ALWAYS RELOAD SKIN ON CONFIRM, that's it!

I have got a huge problem with mine, 7 zip is saying that it cannot extract the megapack 2.0 because it is a nothing file, it doesnt open with anything and takes up 0KB can anyone help please, THIS IS REALLY PISSING ME OFF

Instead of downloading a RAR file, I downloaded a Normal folder with 2 sub folders inside:
one of them is called Megapacks and the other is called Nation specific packs.
Inside I have got lots of *.fmf files.... nothing as the instructions above mentioo.

What happens whenyiou keep adding facepacks and there are duplicates, I guess they just take up space on your computer and there iis no easy way iof deleting the duplicated ones?!?!?!?????
i cant find the graphics folder to extract the files to. all i have is -
db ,editor data, games, matches, skins, sounds and tactics.
