Start off by :
pressing the download file button top right
then click save and save it to documents/sports interactive/football manager2010/ editor data
load up FM10 And click start new game
When a box comes up click change in the bottem left
then choose This database titled: england-to-level-10 ...... Etc
then choose what leagues you want and you shoudl be able to play it...
my file is a xml aswell it doesnt make no difference

... and yh. How do you put it on to FM 10 after you have downloaded it?

just to let anyone know.. if your game is getting the crashing error "crash dump etc..." update your FM to the latest version and it should work. happened to me and it fixed it for me.

Don't know if this is linked to the update, but on my game it now thinks that the FA Cup 1st Round proper is the 3rd round proper. Great for my team Hereford United but a mistake. Anyone else noticed this?
