Chris mate, there is some bad mistakes in this update, like Tottenham in europe. Also, you've given Arsenal like 27m for Champo League and you haven't given them any more money after selling Toure and Adebayor to City, also take some money off City, they've spent loads and it needs to be more realistic -.-

i will try to get version 6 out in anouther week or two
there nothing i can do about the amount of english teams are in the europa its hardcoded in the game to have 5 english teams in europe look at last season just gone you had man city,everton,tottenham,portsmouth,aston villa, all in europe
i will allso look to revamp teams finace's

hi I found a way to start in 2009 :p

When the game starts, chose Sweden (yes must be Sweden!) and the other nation u want :p

Then chose start game date Feb 2009 (Sweden). u can make Sweden view only to speed up ur game.

Start ur game and chose teams in other nation (like Man U) .

Now u are in March 2009. u can chose to go on holiday till season end or start playing.
1/2 season is already simulated, without any transfer.

I know it's not a perfect solution, but I hope it helps you guys.

where do you put the new file for v5? i cant find my steam folder? i can see db in the sports interactive but is that the same? help cause my laptops bout to get chucked out the window!!!

yeah mate. stick it into the db folder in the documents folder

umm just a question i downloaded and started a new game witht he V5.1 database, and it still starts in england july 2008?? Can anyone tell me how to start it in July 2009??

That s the best I can do. Starts the game at March 09, where Jan transfer is over.

there will not be any players updated in this new update i havent got the time with being in work

fixes in version 6
revamped clubs transfer and wage budgets
fixed wolves away kit
done stockport takeover

if any you guys are intrested i will release version 6 as a save game update you can add as little more detaile that you carnt do in the editor like remove points deductions aswell add new ones like southampton player transfer values will be right like adebayor transfer to city for 25mil in my last update i think he was valued at 5mil please tell me what you guys think of this i will still release v.6 has a database update has well
