Negative arrows during training

Does anyone else have the problem where no matter how good the training schedule is and how good the coaches are, there always seems to be more red/orange arrows then yellow/green?

I used Tugs training, Holy training and have now started another recommended training schedule, and still am being bombarded with red arrows. Bare in mind, my coaches are 6+, with 6 coaches on each.

Training just makes no sense. -_-

exactly, you should always make your own. Because when you play a certain tactic it is usefull to have every (symmetrical) position as a different training scheme.

One question.
If some player have dribbling 18 and during the training it get to the 19 how can it decrease if player is not injured?I mean he can't forget something he recently learn...
