basic logo problems

hi,
downloaded the mega logo pack and have down everything instructed but its not working there is a file in the download called utorrentpartfile is this a readme walk through as i cannot get them to work, i have never had a problem installing any graphics in the past but i have searched forums and cannot find an answer, i have just bought a new laptop as fm was to slow on old one i now have windows 7 dont know if this makes a difference

The utorrent part file is just a firl that tells utorrent how much of the torrent you have downloaded. If you read the instructions on the download page it tells you where to download them to.
