Problems with skin or fm patch.please heeeelp!

I installed the official patch for fm 2010 and now looks like this.
did anyone had similar problems?

from what i can see u have downloaded a skin

simply delete the skin in ur folder then restart fm2010

Is not about the skin.i tried like u said but is not working.i'm new here so don't know where to look for help.
And i instaled the fm patch,it might be because of that?
