I am managing Arsenal, and after 2 months I am first in the league. I am playing a 4-2-3-1 formation, and all my goals are coming from the '3'. (Douglas Costa, Cazorla and Gervinho)
But I want to get my striker helping with the goals, to provide more dynamic attacks. So how would you play Giroud when he is on his own, with no wingers (Both the Costa and Gervinho are set to Inside Forwards!)
Obviously, he would normally be played as a Target-Man, but I tried that and because of my short passing style without much crossing he isn't really getting the supply a Target-Man needs. I'd think that an Advanced-Forward would be best for the formation, but this doesn't really suit Giroud.
(I also have Podolski, but since his attributes only really match that of a Poacher, he is on the bench (Because Poachers don't generally work as a lone striker, do they?)
