For this challenge I have created the English Academy who will compete in the Blue Square South, they will play at Wembley stadium and have state of the art youth and training facilities, they also have 30 english players aged between 16 and 18 who have low CA but reasonable PA.
Your challenge will be to mold these 30 raw talents into a team capable of competing in the premier league and in europe as you will not be able to sign any players as the club has a 100 year transfer embargo.
