Not on FM atm, but it appears on the information tab.. at the bottom of the first panel. Obviously it's only there for players who are touted as the next so and so.
I had a very promising young player in my spurs game (cant remember exactly who) but it kept coming up that he was touted as the next Gabby Agbonlahor. So to answer your question it is in FM13 as to its reliability im not sure...

I'm guessing that's due to your height? Can't think of any other reason anyone would be touted as the next Crouch.
