Anyone know of anything I can do in the editor so Brazilians can sign for foreign teams what ever there age. I am using the no work permits db but this is still a problem, any ideas?

get iFMRTE or FMRTE (Football Manager Real Time Editor) and change their age to 18 before you do the transfer, buy them, and then change their age back

I'm using this one and I can sign Brasilian that are u18.
Usually no work permits fixes this problem? Are you sure you're using one?
