German lower tiers

If anyone is familiar with the german leagues system, and has the time and knowledge to create them on the editor it will be very much appreciated, as i believe many would like to play those leagues.

having looked at this there is not much further you can go it already goes to level 5, and level 6 is too confusing for fm to deal with promotions and where the teams get promoted to.
