Can you give me a screenshot of what steam is doing when this error happens?

it was the first time i had it but steam still seems to be running normal( i always play with avira shut down since it thinks the exe is a virus and i cannot launch fm with protection enabled but i don't think it is related). also i think it will rather happen at random moments if it will again because i had already played like 5 games since patching without no problems. if it will happen again(hopefully not) i will do a print screen of the steam menu also.

unfortunately it happened again. this time it was another problem involved. i pressed proceed to match and,preview and then when to give team talk i noticed the players had no name where there should be, no number where there should be, and when i tried to go to player tactics the atributes were also gone. it was weird but i just wanted to get through the match and save my have so i didn't print screen it

this is the steam menu. i clicked on it immediately to print screen it and it tried to install something, didn't got to noticed what because when it got to 5% it gave this error. but the steam still seems to be working.
