This game was intense but I was delighted with the Late equalizer to keep on pace.
I had to Lament Gerrard's missed penalty though: If only.

Only for the teams around me dropping points, I'm still in the race but I could have secured 4th (maybe even 3rd) if I hadn't gotten all those draws.

He's got good physical stats meaning I can almost exclusively focus on technical attributes through training; Two footed with decent PPM's for his position. He's a player I love to sign

  5. I think you should extend your 5-year plan to 20!You just discovered the next michael owen and 5 years are not enough for all of us to enjoy him.

I had no intention at stopping at 5

Just needed a long term plan to set myself up for a long save. Glad I'll have ye along for the adventure, I'm expecting this save to last me till FM15

  8. Aaah, loving the way you are playing this, decent yout coming trough your intake, but jesus those other 2 guys you picked up! I would sacrifice my glass of pepsi to get them, and i am very serious about my pepsi!

Aye, what made them must buys was their high determination + good physical stats.
Physical stats take up Sooooooooo much CA to train so I can invest most of his potential in Technical and Mental stats now

I'm looking to retrain Rob Noakes as a ST and focus on Composure: He'll be first team year in about 1-2 seasons I'd say if there are no injuries.

Edit: Send you Pepsi this way, could do with a pick-me-up after my FA Cup Semi final went to Penalties

  11. Yeah thats nice, shame how you dont have the custom training schedules anymore, you coulda been even more specific with their training, but oh well

  12. Brendn's Avatar Brendn
    Modern Day Legend
I rather the new training system to be honest. Not sure why but I feel it's more squad orientated and focuses on getting good coaches over good schedules (more realistic to me )

  13. Yeah, i got sorta mixed feelings, i do like how building a solid coaching team is important, i woulda liked if i could be abit more specific with what i wanted my players to train

  14. Brendn's Avatar Brendn
    Modern Day Legend
Well you still can be more specific with the individual training but it requires you to pay close attention to his development and adjust the specific training when you're happy with that attributes increase. It's no longer so "plug it in and leave them charge" and more user orientated. I feel it more accurately reflects how players develop in real life.

Note: I'm a Goalkeeper coach so I've a bit of experience on how youth player train.

And so the curtains come down on what has been one of the most exciting Premier League

B.Munich have won 4 cups so far this season and are looking to complete The Treble after winning the 1.Bundesliga and the German Cup so I've my fingers crossed.

But knowing fate, I'm worried. Last time Chelsea pulled off a European rescue, they faced the exact same opposition; who were going for The Treble that time too.

Gutted. Absolutely gutted to loose this one.
We thrashed Everton 4-1 on the opening day of the season but have now lost our last two meetings with them.
I really felt a trophy in my first season would have been ideal and I now have the nervous wait for the Champions League Final.
Liverpool has sold out their Bayern Munchen jerseys as Reds fans become pin their hopes and dreams on the German side.

I've retrained him as a striker and play him as a False 9. His PPMs perfectly compliment Suarez's PPMs

    Coutinho: Tries killer balls often
    Suarez: Gets forward whenever possible.

    Both have; plays one-twos.

I do not recommend using any tactic in a "plug and play" style.
If it's not working for you, you need to identify what the opposition is doing
    and adjust to counter that.

I rarely finish a match with the same roles I begin a match with. Depending on how the opposition are playing, I'll adjust to deal with the team on the day. I Look at a tactic only as:
"What shape do I want my team to play and where do I want to create space"

It's up the players to actually beat to opposition, I'd argue that's out of the Manager's control. We only give them the ability to work as a unit, but the individuals need to win their respective battles

  31. who do you have as assistant manager.

I've been given 40M by the board and I'm interested in trying to see If I can pry
Jack Wilshere away from Arsenal. They finished 8th and failed to get
any Continental Football for the 2014/15 season so the allure of the
Champions League may play in my favor. I think this signing will be all I need
to help my cause for the Second season.

You are naturally going to have to chop and change to suit your own squad and style of play. The instructions are a personal touch: i've them listed earlier in the story.

Home/Away/Big teams. I use my own judgement and assess the team, their strengths and weaknesses as well as their form and recent performances.

  48. Where do you do the players ppm I can't find it
