Glory, Glory Man United!

  1. Glory, Glory Man United!

    GLORY, GLORY MAN UNITED!

I'm starting a new story with my beloved Manchester United using LFCMarshall's summer upadate.
I'm new to this game so it could all go horribly wrong.

Manchester United released the following statement:

"We (Manchester United) have parted company with Louis after coming to a mutual agreement. A disagreement over the seasons budget resulting in Louis' exit from the club. We wish him all the best in future. The club has already begun searching for a replacement and have already identified possible targets."

This announcement has shocked everyone with van Gaal having only been appointed in May. Ryan Giggs has once again taken temporary charge once again and will oversee the beginning of pre-season. The bookies have wasted no time and Jurgen Klopp (3/1) and Antoine Conte (7/2) are the early favorites to succeed van Gaal.

Manchester United have appointed Ryan Johnson as their new manager.

Johnson, 26, has never before managed a professional football club although he has been successful with non-league Daventry Town, leading them to three successive promotions. The United faithful are sure to be upset with this appointment despite the board reassuring them that he is the right man for the job. United have handed Johnson a one year deal and are hoping to extend that if he is successful in is first season. He will meet with his Squad on Monday and will be hoping to implement his own stamp on this United team. United will want a major improvement on a trophyless previous season.
