Transfers, a fundamental part of Football Manager. So what happens when you take them away? No signings in January, or in the summer. This challenge aims to test your ability to turn talented youth players, in to the real deal.
Starting at the bottom, are you a good enough manager to bring a club to the top while only relying on youth products?
You have two options for this save.
1. I have adapted my game for the sake of speeding up my Youtube series. I have changed all of my facilities and recruitment stats to 20 in the editor. This is best if you wish for a shorter save.
2. If you're looking for a long term save, you could keep your facility stats the same and look to build up your youth academy yourself. This save if best for loyal managers.
