Trouble downloading kits through uploaded.net

Has anyone else had trouble downloading from uploaded.net? I've been trying to download this kit pack England - Premier League 2012/2013 - Downloads - Football Manager 2013 Tactics, Wonderkids & Cheats by Fabrizio30, which looks ace by the way, for days now but I cannot get the website to start downloading.

I've never started downloading it but it says every time that I need to wait another hour because I've downloaded too many times.

Does anyone have a workaround or know of another place this pack is hosted? Cheers
