An ever-so-slightly bunged up James Richardson has Barry Glendenning, Rafa Honigstein and Jacob Steinberg to give him a Lemsip-style hug and help him come to terms with the ridiculousness of the events over the past week in the Capital One Cup.

The Bantam Menace will of course be taking on Chelsea-conquering Swansea in the final next month – though you might have missed that result after all the Eden Hazard's run-in with a ballboy. The shame.

And finally, we look forward to what can only be described as an entirely mediocre looking set of fixtures in the FA Cup fourth round.
