I bought Greizmann and Belhanda. Greizmann had 4 1/2 potetial and Belhanda 4. After a season both dropped to 3 1/2. I had top training facilities, every traning area had atleast 4*. I think I had good schedules, the Road to Glory schedules, but now I switched to Dunc medium schedules. Why did this happen? Did I have bad schedules? If so can you recomend me one? Prefferebly a youth ome too. Thanks mates :)

1) coaches are not always correct, they do not have the stats scouts have in determining abilty
2) it fluctuates according to your club, other players, their form, morale etc, injuries, bad performances, good performances, it all has a part
3) they are both good players so I would not worry too much on the potential, rather worry about the players actual stats which is the most important!
4) Duncs are very good, read below as well in case this happens (which it will)

Well, my tip (adding to the above) is to ignore coaches and scouts to a certain degree, at least about stars (although scouts are VERY useful by telling you tips on adaptation, injury proneness, consistency and big matches). You will get fooled a lot of times:

1) I bought James Rodriguez with 3 stars potentital. 1 week after, he had 3 and a half (and is a **** good player).
2) I bought Thiago from Barcelona with 2,5. One week after he had 3,5.
3) Willshere broke his leg a second time in my Arsenal save. His potential went to 2 and a half. After one season of playing, he's back in 3 and a half.
4) Meanwhile, Chamberlain had 4 stars of potential, and he's far worse than Rodriguez or Wilshere.
5) Stars are based on team average so, if your team is getting better, stars will be getting worse.
6) A lot of youngsters get 4 stars potential and they'll never be that good (for example, players with very low physical or mental attributes).

So basicly Mental and Physical attributs are the most important when signing a young player?

Didn't you change your seasonexpectations?
Star ratings are also dependent on your expectations.

Ok can explain it as Im battleling for the title

physical mostly as physical stats are the stats that eat up the most PA!
****, just bought De Bruyne for 7 Mil of Chelsea and his physical stats are terrible. Probebly will need to work it up over a year o so.
He has awesome Mental and Skill attributs. What does PA means?
