Charlton 3rd Season - Premiership

In my first season as Charlton manager I won the league 1 title comfortably and managed to sneak the Championship title on the last day in my 2nd season.

So I'm now in the premiership and my squad (which hasnt changed much oer the 2 seasons) will need strengthening to stay up!

This is my current strongest team:

GK: Hamer
Rb: Andres Hinkel
Cb: Darren O'Dea
Cb: Michael Morrison
Lb: Rhoys Wiggins
Rm: Milan Petrzela (loan ends shortly)
Cm: Paul Pogba (same as above)
Cm: Danny Hollands
Lm: James Mclean
Fw: Bradley Wright-Phillips
Fw: Yann Kermorgant

Other players of note - Danny Haynes, Hogan Ephraim


The board have given me £24.4m transfer budget and 160k p/w wage budget.


Any advice would be appreciated

I think I'd be looking for a goalkeeper, centre back, 2 centre mids and a striker to get things started
