Evening, FM Basers.
I am an aspiring radio presenter and this summer will be undergoing what is frankly a ridiculous challenge - to broadcast for 52 hours straight. This would equal the record set by Chris Moyles on Radio 1 back in March 2011.
Obviously I'm not doing this for a laugh - I'm stupid but not that stupid. The whole point of this is to raise money for the Hope House Children's Hospice, and we want to raise as much as possible.
I don't usually do shameless posts like this but it's such a good cause and I know how kind you all are here at FM-Base, so thought I'd give it a try.
To donate, you can either visit the Justgiving donation page here using your credit/debit card or Paypal, or, if it's easier, you can donate by text! Type "SFMM52" followed by how much you want to donate (eg. £5) to 70070! The image below shows what the text should look like. (if you text to donate you can text for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 10 pound donations)
I once again apologise for my shameless post but it's really really important to me to get the most amount of money possible. Thanks all.
