I have Mario Gotze playing as left winger in my Borrusia squad, after this season I got big money for his replacement and decided to sell him. I have been trying to find anybody to buy, but nothing good is in the market. I have 17-year-old wonderkid who plays for my U19 team and whos potential ability rated for 4.5 stars, current is 1.5.

Should I bring this player to my first team to play as Gotze's replacement or should I buy a replacement? Wouldn't it be too hard to train with seniors for this youngster ?

Sign a veteran to play sometimes, so you can play both.

Have him in the senior squad to benefit the training. Play him in the cup games and have him available for the reserves. I'm not sure what season you are in or how old Gotze is but you could have him tutor your wonderkid.
It really comes down to if they are good enough, they are old enough. :)

If he's good enough play him, I fell age doesnt matter, my 15 year old striker destorys the Permier

17 is not a problem, specifically if he is quality for your team standard, they will surprise you how good they play. I am in 2015/2016 with MUFC and have three younger lads playing in first team.

It said on a hint i think that opponents might not be motivated against younger players so he should do well at first, he will get better and carry on doing well

I'd play him.

I put Max Dittgen in my first team at age 17 when he was just a one star player. Only really put him in as cover for an injury but the kid absolutely destroyed every opposition he went up against. After one season he'd rocketed up to four stars and his value went through the roof!

If you're asking what you should do... You Shouldn't have sold Gotze, but I guess that's no longer an option? Hmmm.

I haven't sold him. I sold the player, who replaced Gotze, when he was on injuries or when he's tired. I have now included youngster in my senior squad, let's see how he plays.

If their good enough, their old enough, just look at Oxlade-Chamberlain. As already stated, I would have him tutored by Gotze if possible and make him available for your reserves, giving him the occassional first team game. :)

Mate i have had a lad Bas Panhuis at PSV as back up, played 9 games scored four goals, six assists and three MOM.
Near the end of the season now but he will be a starter next season no question, he started at 16 and now 17.View attachment 262195

I've played with Mbaye Niang when he was 16 and he was really good, so you can easily play with your regen. However I would still search for a replacement or someone who can tutor him

I have played Michele Scarpelli as an opener for six years now with Paganese. He is 23 now. Over 200 games already, an he is quality even now in Serie A. Started playing in Serie C2.

My whole team is under 22 atm, most of them in their teens. They will eventually turn into a great team!
