Player unhappy

Recently signed Sean Thornton on my Preston save. Going well until I listened to backroom advice and dropped him from a key player to important first player.

Never thought anything would come of it as it usually doesn't with other players, however, it turns out he wanted a discussion in which he told me he couldn't forgive me for the decision.

Every time I try to reason with him on private chat he is not willing to forget and it has gotten to the point where he won't even speak to me and his morale has dropped to abysmal and he is unhappy.

Is there any chance I can make him get over this or should I just offer him mutual termination?

I would just tell him your sorry and if he doesn't listen just ignore it and keep playing as you would normally. Terminating a contract for unhappiness seems a bit extreme.

how long do you wait before u try and talk to him give it sum tym b4 u try to interact with him because the longer you leave it so tht the player can calm down n then see if he will talk to you

Wow, thats serious man. Talk to him and tell him to go to the doctor. He clearly has a case of being a little ***** and needs a few doses of man the **** up

Nah, I dunno, if he stops performing well, just sell him or whatever, usually nothing happens on mine, except they get upset and I have to calm them down in private chat

Finally spoke to me after a few months and I told him to respect me or he's off and he did! Haha, thought he was going to be the next Carlos Tevez -.-
