i have around 2 and a half million to spend on players that will allow me to gain promotion to the premiership, any suggestions? Also, I'm not sure whether to play 4-5-1 or 4-4-2.

if you're in first season, should sold several players in positions : ST,CM,LW,RW,RB,LB,CB and buy :
ST : Quintero (2,5m)
CM : Bressan (1m)
LW : Mouche (100k)
RW : Tom (Litex-200k)
RB : Bandalovski (100k)
LB : Zanev (100k)
CB : Gioda (100k)
All players are good at Premier League !

Also have a look at Loic Nestor from Havre AC who's a decent player for the Prem. Even Kara and Matthias Ostrzolek might want to join you. So see if you can get them as well. you can use 48-month deal
