I have signed Nangis for Southampton and have been approached by Swindon to loan him for five months. He is no-where near being picked for my first team so would the better thing be to loan him out or to get decent training from my coaches in the under 18's. I don't know what's better?

I'd loan him out he has at least a chance to gain some experience, especially if he is "no-where near" being picked for your first team.

(Might want to put this in the player section of the forums though next time, just so your thread doesn't get closed)

Thankyou. He is just far too raw. Yea I will loan him out then for some experience. Does that usuallu out weigh in house training from youth coaches

Personally I always find the experience works better, unless you have amazing youth coaches, but loaning him out for the 5 months will most likely help his development in the long run. Make sure you have him scouted too while on loan.

He's doing well, scored three goals in thirteen appearances. Not too bad.

If you will give him games in the team, you should keep him and mold the attributes in which you think are a necessity for him for whatever position he will play for you and the attributes in which you think he needs to improve on , its better to work on his weaknesses when he is young .( or preferrably the parts of his game you want to improve )

But if you plan on loaning him, loan him to a club with a manager who has a good '' working with youngsters '' attribute and where he is surely guaranteed to play and a club that has good training facilities .
