Not sure if anyone else is having this problem, but I've started saves with Reading, Spurs and Man Utd and all three teams have £0 transfer budget on every target position. Never had this problem before on FM12, so I was wondering if any of you guys may have a solution to this problem? I had this problem on 13.1.1 and 13.1.2.
