Need advice...How to properly make adjustments at half time

Hey guys, so i'm curious as to what you guys do at half time to your tactics. The only thing I really do is go into Analysis and check out average positions for my team and the other team.

I'm looking for some pointers on proper adjustments that can give you an advantage coming out of half time or at least good things to analyze. Thanks!
