Best Players UNDER 100K

I am currently managing CFR Cluj and the transfer budget is really small... Around 1.8 Million so I'm wondering if anyone knows of players under the 100K mark, and if possible what I can realistically purchase them at?? Thanks!

Jonas Ivens is a CB from Groningen, he has a release of 130k. and Adryan is a release of 875k both would be awesome for Cluj if you could get them.

The major problem I have is that I've waited till mid season to start searching so most players' value are already up so I have to look extra hard...
