AMC help needed!!

hi guys.. i really need help creating a formation using an AMC. if you guys can kindly help me.. it will be much appreciated.

The formation consist of

1) POacher
2)AMC
3)winger
4) DLP

If there is a similar formation created, pls share the link... thanks in advance
