Been so long after my last thread in FM12.
Now, I want introduce my possession-based tactic. I'm try it with Swansea and atm just in half season.
Maybe to fast to releasing the tactic. But since ME radically changing after patch update, so before God send us the new patch, I decide to share it. Of course the tactic still on beta version.
League Table, Stats, Fixtures, etc:
Formation details & Suggestion:
1. On the formation pict, Britton position is the Playmaker. Set your player in that position as a Playmaker (see SS set piece). Important, your playmaker not have PPM Get Forward Whenever Possible.
2. Speedy players on AML/R.
3. Match Prep: Team Cohesion (Very High) Preseason. Defending (Average) Mainseason.
4. Keep eye on team talk, improvisation what you team need when leading etc (tweak tactic/players position, etc).
5. This tactic is using for the 'real manager' not a 'holiday manager'. If you know what I mean
Tactic will be continuelly updated as feedback/suggestion I get.
