Tactic has been tweeked for better performance it is now plug and play assistant does everything bar opposition instructions they are not used.

CMs with high aggression and positioning are a must Jason Lowe worked wonders for me with the advanced playmaker duty, always use a Left footed CB at THE LCB position

Used this a long time a go, very simple tactic but absolutely demolishes everyone.
Got me promoted with Rovers then a europa league spot in my first season back in the prem.
Except I seem to recall you changing the IF to an AM didnt you spanky?
 
yeah i used the IF then started using the AM with the pass into space shout but when 13.1.3 patch was released tactic stopped working ! changed the fluidity to very fluid and also a couple of minor tweeks and its back n running ! you can also change the IF to AM again if you want it still works , team just seems a bit more together when playing an IF , glad you had some success with it :)
 
One of the best tactics out there in my opinion.

Started a new save with Divison 3 German side SV Weden Wiesbaden and won the league with a few games to spare.

Started the 2nd Division with a few draws, I get lots of chances on goal but I can't score! LOL (I blame the ME!)

started to notice that myself i tend to use an AM for home matches with the pass into space shout and the IF for away matches with no shouts
 
Think I am going to give this a go for my swansea team in 3rd season, will keep you updated!
 
will try this with juv for home games let you know how i do

This tactic is amazing - I just won 4-1 against City in the Community Shield and then beat Fulham 7-0 at the Bridge! (6)

4-1 victory: Hattrick from Torres and a single goal from Mata. Played Mata as Inside Forward.
Assists from César Az, Ryan Bertrand, Mikel and Mata

7-0 victory: Brace from Torres, Alex Sandro (bought him and sold Ashley Cole) as well as goals from Mata (played him as AM), César Az and E.Hazard (H) 3 Assists from César Az, 2 Assists from Torres, 1 from Ramires, Luiz and Hazard.

glad its worked for you it should be even better once the next patch comes out and takes out all the long shots away ! its nice to see the wing back assisting and scoring aswell as strikers which is why i like to play 3 at the bk with WB's :)

i'd probably say the CM's are the most important i usually go for aggression, positioning, tackling and allways right footers using left footers in the CM position seems to throw the tactic out !even with the advanced playmaker on them they contribute amazingly ! my wing backs i usually use anyone thats left footed for LWB and vice versa :) ive even trained wingers to play the position hope this helps
 
loving this tac just beat palermo 8-2 away so far so good top work
 
Just finished my first season using your tactic and generally its been a resounding success.I started as Tottenham and sold Aaron Lennon to Newcastle for 10 million,added to the budget of 30 million from the board i bought in Jovetic up front,Wellington Nem as cover for Sigurrdson and Dirk Diekmeyer from HSV to compliment Bale as my right wing back.
I finished 3rd in the Premier League and reached the semi finals of both cups.In Europe i strolled the league stage but had my worst results of the season against Genk in the first knockout,drawing 0-0 at home and then losing 1-0 away.During the league season i beat City,United,Chelsea and Arsenal scoring 110 and conceding 38.I agree that using a left footer in the CM position does not seem to work and also playing a left footer in the DCL position seems to help a lot.

nice to see you had some sucess with it ! ive just uploaded another tactic which is even better than this ! currently waiting for it to be passed by the mods ! its a 433 and by january id only lost 1 game conceded hardly any and scored by the bucketfull i used the tactics with spurs aswell :) also im currently 21 points clear of city already :)
