Problem with GK coaches

When in the training screen for my under 18s , it says both shot stopping and handling are 2 stars , however i have 2 coaches (2 first team , 1 under 18) all have more than 19 in goalkeepers , just wondering if this is a glitch and/or there is a way to fix it.

Also they all have 15+ in working with youngsters.

What are their motivating, determination and discipline attributes? They are all key attributes for ALL COACHES!

Also, there are 2 other attributes which effect GK Coaches, I think it is mental and technical, but I am not sure :S

Sorry for the late reply , the 3 coaches stats are as follows Motivation , 16, 13,15
determination, 17,18,11
discipline, 17 ,11,15


Also just to clarify , the 2 first team coaches have 4.5-5 when coaching the first team
