I'm not sure if I got this right, but it seems get stuck in/stay on feet in team instructions and tackle harder/easier in player instructions are two different things.

Basically, If you have tall, strong players, order them to stay on feet in team instrucions, and your attacking players to tackle harder (not CD's and FB's)....that way they will stay on their feet and play it physically, using sheer force to win the ball, like Bayern plays for example.

If the situation is different, and you have small agile players, you do things the other way around, and rely on energy to win the ball.

The tackle harder doesn't actually mean brake their legs, it just means increase the number of attempts to tackle, while stay on feet will make sure they stay on feet and not dive into tackles. Goes the other way around aswell.

Did I get this right? Opinions please.
