Hello fine gentlemen of the forum!

So, i am very unsure as of what to do, i want to play nice possesion based football with nice attacking movements ( Like most people these days, thank you Guardiola!) And i was wondering if the tactic i have setup here would deliver what i am trying to do.

But what i mainly wonder about is the F9, because i know he is very important, and i think i have a guy that has the right stats for the role, the only problem with him is that he doesnt know how to play striker, at all, as he is ineffectual there, he is a natural amc and unconvincing at mc. he still got potential in him, So what i am wondering is, how long would it take me to train into becoming atleast accomplished as a striker and would you recomend it? Because as i stated earlier, i think he has the qualities of becoming an excellent F9. Here is a screenie of the Turk.

I would sugest maybe dropping him into amc with the second striker or trequartista role which is very similar to the false nine. Although this would mean playing without a recognised striker it is something which pep did with cesc when messi was injuree and we even seen rodgers using shelvey as a second striker a few times last year. However if you would prefer to play him as a striker then train him to play as striker with heavy workload and id say hed be ready in around a few months. Be patient!!!

Hope I could help

it depends on what his versatility is so its hard to know long it will take...remove any other individual training to make it quickest, he's young which helps within a season he should be accomplished but if he has low versatility you might be waiting a while.

Hmmm, not really sure what i will do here, i do have a working 4-2-3-1 where he could play amc and continue doing that. I am fearfull of starting to train him like a striker as there is no way to tell his vertsatillity ( any legal way that is)

play without a striker take the risk it may very well pay off

go to his individual training and put trainin for striker or f9 to high. he will be probobly say that it is high intesity but forget about that and let him train...read and watch SS that i put to other man on web....you will see your f9 in that formation you play is very important
