Brian McDermott 5-2-1-2 for Leeds

Please can someone make me a 5-2-1-2 tactic for leeds united as everyone I try to make emulating Brian McDermott's one fails I score no goals and conceded so many. I use all the correct instructions to emulate the playing style and even change them and nothing works.

Help would be so much appreciated

I tried this once but it's hard to get it right.I did win the championship with Leeds but then got relegated from the Premier League so abandoned it .I am going to try again when I have some time but in my mind the formation should be a 5-3-2 but maybe with one of the midfielders being a dm.
