Hi there, pretty new player to FM and already a fanatic. Started on the National team scene and just noticed that there is no training except on matchdays (I think). I also noticed that the number of staff seems random. like you can have multiple assistants, coaches, physios, GK coaches etc.
What I would like to know , when hiring for these positions, specifically coaches do I look for each one that's good in a different area (defense, attack,shooting etc)?
If I do, does FM automatically assign a coach to whatever area he is best suited automatically, since I can't assign them myself?
Any help would be much appreciated
