I Am a noob when its comes to training players up, so can someone give me some advise on how to nuture talanted players into great players ??????
Thx

1.) A good mentor with high mental attributes (hidden ones and visible). So a 'model professional' is always a good choice.

2.) Football of a sufficiently high level - about 240 minutes of football a season at least in a first team at the level the player is currently at or higher (so loaning a player rated as a Championship level player at the moment to a Championship level team might be an idea).

3.) Training depends on what you want the player to do. Player's will naturally tend to develop based on how the game sees their position (check personal section). Your training regime will not alter this - what it will do is shape any further CA increases by telling the game which areas you'd much rather see those increases go. There are no rules because it depends on what the player's individual weaknesses and strengths are and how you want him to play.

Very rough and ready summary of this thread at SI, which I think is the best on the subject I've read : http://community.sigames.com/showthread.php?t=70803
