Hi

I'm trying to develop my first tactic in FM09. Well i cainda made it :p It's strong defensivly ) think, but the attack is week. I do have shoots, a lot of them, but they are long range eforts.

I would kindly ask for help. If someone has time and the will to help me :D

to sort out the shooting problem change the long shots setting on the player instructions! you may have to go through each player and change their setting, but this will stop so many long shots from happening!
 
Im at school atm but will download and do a full analysis when i get home.

U ever try a 2 wing crossing byline attack, it works like a charm if u have a good finisher and a tall header striker. I used it and its killing everything.
 
Not going to download tactic but just some general advice based on the problem with attack you mentioned in OP.

Reduce the tempo a bit until you stop taking silly long shots all the time. Ideally reduce the tempo by one click every 15 minutes until the AM tells you that you are controlling possession or something similar. You're probably going to have to play quite slowly I think because you've got no width and so are going to be reliant on through balls etc.

Give Mezga, Kronaveter and Tavares free roles. Increase creative freedom for your front 3 to at least 'much' (I'd consider maximum amount for all but the pure ST who should be your poacher). Give Mezga slightly less creative freedom than that, but still more than normal.

Might download the tactic later, but it's unlikely because I want to keep going with my game at the moment. So that's the best I can do from the little I know so far.

IU changed the tactics a litle. Now it looks like this :)
As you see I won the league with no problems, but I don't think thats because of my tactical geniuse :D

I achived my season objective to go to Champions league qulies. In the 1. round I've been drawn Modrica (Bosnia). I won at home 1:0 and 1:1 away. In the 2. round I played Red Star Belgrade (Serbia) Lost away 2:1 and sensationaly won at home with 4:1. :D In the 3. round I play Basel. The game at home ended 2:0 for me, because of the red card of Basel. YES the second game I lost 2:1 and qulified to Champ league!!!! :D
