See the thread titled - you need more than one tactic. I find that at home the 4-2-3-1 performs well for big clubs. However you still need a different formation for away games. Also if you run into the 4-3-3, be prepared to have an alternative formation if you start losing because that formation is usually kryptonite for the 4-2-3-1.
