improving facilities?

ive just asked my board about this and they immediately agreed that they need improving. Whats the next step? Will they just have noted my request and do it? do i have to wait a while? how much does it cost?

im bognor, 3rd season, im in BSP and currently have basic training facilities.

Also what impact will an upgrade have? will it add stars on to my training?

have to wait till the end of the season and then they'll announce their doing it and it will be done in a few months.

depends. if it;s youth then on the whole you will produce better regens in you academy.

normal training i would assume help wiyh player development and fitness but i am not sure.
