Here's a brief summary of my history with my Blackburn Rovers save so far:

- 2nd in the Championship 2013-14 Season
- Championship Manager Of The Year 2014
- Top goalscorers and assists in the country 2013-14 (Jordan Rhodes & Craig Conway respectively)

- 7th in the Premier League 2014-15 Season
- Premiership Manager Of The Year Runner-up (Pellegrini, you owe that one to me)
- Capital One Cup Winners 2015
- 2nd top goalscorer in the Premier League (Jordan Rhodes, he scores when he wants)
- Took the title from Man United in the last minute of added time, final game of the season, thus giving Pellegrini the title and my rightful Manager Of The Year award!

- Currently 11th in the Premier League (after a very poor start admittedly)
- Capital One Cup Winners 2016 (Again!)
- Europa League Quarter finals coming up against Inter Milan
- Currently 3rd & 4th top goalscorers in the Premiership (Jordan Rhodes and loanee Denis Cheryshev)
- Unbeaten in 11 games

I thought with that amazing track record (a win percentage of 56% I might add) my job would be untouchable, and under the previous owners it was... but now the new owners are set to replace me with Tim Sherwood! :'(

The owners took charge a few days ago (in game time) and have already told me there intention was to bring in a new manager. It's a crying shame that they've taken charge now after my team have just gone on their longest unbeaten run ever (don't quote me on that one), as my next four fixtures are all incredibly difficult:

Inter Milan (A) Europa League
Man City (H) Premier League
Inter Milan (H) Europa League
Chelsea (A) Premier League

I'm very new to Football Manager (this is only my second ever save, my previous one with Fleetwood Town ended in disaster) and am very upset that my all my hard work has been for nothing!

I need to know if there is any way at all (I'LL DO ANYTHING) that I can keep my job, well, I haven't actually been sacked yet but I'm sure failing to win any of my next four games (which seems almost inevitable) will send me on my way.

Help me please!

I had the same thing when Southampton were taken over the season after I had won the Premier League. They were going to bring in Steve Clarke. But when it finally came to it, the new chairman said he'd keep me on - so that same thing might well happen to you too.

Perhaps save the game where you currently have it, then progress and see what happens. If you do get the sack, you can always go back and try again.

Yeah to be honest, i wouldn't worry too much mate, i've had this loads of times in the past and they have never gotten rid of me. As long as you have a good track record i doubt they'd replace you.

Thank you both for your words of wisdom, I've decided that if I do get sacked I'll go back and use an editor to make my job untouchable again, as I've come so far without cheats and to get this far for nothing would be devastating.

Can't blame you for doing that. Would be a shame to lose your position considering how well you're doing! Good luck. COYB.

The worse would be the ignominy of being replaced by useless Tim Sherwood!!!

If you get sacked, add a new manager as Blackburn manager and retire your other manager who's unemployed

But then I'd be completely losing my reputation and the respect of all my staff and players. That's basically cheating anyway.

I remember getting sacked at Celtic once when a new owner came in, I was top of the league and doing well it totally sucked.
