Tiverton Town FC- A Small Club In Devon

Welcome to the challenge where I take a small club in Devon to glory of winning the Champions League.
I have looked at the squad and seen some decent players and I have got a chance of getting promotion to the league above. The team currently play in the Southern Division 1 South West ( Level 8 )

So here is the overview of the squad and some of our decent players:

I'm quite happy with the squad but currently need players to play in my tactic.
Matt Villis:

The ex Weston Super-Mare player will be vital for us in defence and should be playing in a higher league to be honest.

I really don't know what to say about this kid. He doesn't play for Tiverton Town FC in real life so I will take this. Doncaster are after him, but as long as they don't bid for him in this transfer window I should be fine. He is already my star player and will be relying on him massively.
Tactic:

This is a very weird tactic but has worked wonders for my other saves on FM.
Center-Backs:
The three CB's stay back and only go up for corners.
Full-Backs:
The two complete wing-backs always push forward and then this means that they can help out with the attack. They also come back and defend.
Defensive Midfielder:
The Deep Lying Playmaker in the Defensive Midfield role will never push forward and will help the 3 CB's out if the other team try and counter us.
Center Midfielders:
The two CM's are Advanced Playmaker and a Box-To-Box midfielder and this helps a lot. If I am playing a weaker team and got a chance to score goals, the Advanced Playmaker will play on attack but otherwise they both play on support. This supports the attack and defence.
Attacking Center Midfielder:
The AMC plays as a Trequartista and this helps the lonely forward out.
Forward:
The Striker plays as an advanced forward and means he will never come back and defend meaning it's easier to get a counter attack and this is when the AMC and the two full-backs come into play.
Mentality and Fluidity:
I play on fluid and counter because it then means that they will pass the ball around quickly and then this will not help the opposing team. Also I play on counter so it means that they will attack quick and stun the opposing team out with the amount of players that are pushing forward.
