If on summer 2014 for example i have budget 10million and i dont spend any of them, on the summer 2015 that the president will announce the new budget will i lose those money and have only the new budget or any money i dont spend are being saved and are being added up on the budget every time the president gives you. for example when next summer i will move from june to july will i lose the money and the budget i did not spend or those money will be added up to the new budget? can i save money for 2-3 seasons in a row and then have a big budget or no?
