Help with sheffield Wednesday

Started with the owls have around 4 mil to spend after selling a few players need a Lb and Rb and Left and Right mid

obviously wednesday arnt the biggest club so struggling to find players that want to come to the club.

Can anyone recommend 1st any signings or 2nd any players that would come on loan
