Of course it's not polished, and every new version feels cold until you become accustomed to the nuances and layout. So far I'm thinking it's good. The match engine isn't perfect, but it isn't suitable only for fertilizer, like FM14s was even by the last update. The scouting is better, I like how the tactics are more refined, and it will interesting to see how the team and tactics perform once we've achieved familiarity. The AI for staff input seems to need work, but it's only been out for a day. This is already a better product than FM14 was by Christmas.
