Has anyone found any players they have signed to be an instant success?

For example;

im sure everyone knows about him already but..

Memohis Depay,
Liverpool
25 goals in his first season
£13 million

Kovacic,
Southampton
10 games, 8 assists 5 goals
Loan.
 
Lukas Podolski finished top goalscorer in the EPL with 24 from the striker position.

Starting season 2 and willian has 11 goals in 9 games for Chelsea. Don't quite know what's up with that.
 
M.Diouf is doing well for me at Stoke 1st season 9 games 8 goals 6 assists and N'Zonzi as a regista has 7 assists so far.

I always like the look of most Stoke player, really physical! I bought Shawcross for Southampton and he's quality!

Im really struggling at the minute Diouf is out for 6 week and Khune has been poor and Butland the same im 17th in January and a few players want to leave.
 
I take it someone brought Begovic? How much money have you got? What positions do you need?
 
Rather dissimilar to real life, but Facundo Ferreyra has 12 in 14 for me at NUFC in the first season.
 
Ye i wanted to keep Begovic but Monaco offered £20m and 20 percent of future fee.

I have £12m in January looking for a few people to sign with contracts expiring. i need a new BWM QPR want £40m for Sandro Ha
 
40mil hahah thats mental, Lucas Romero is around 7.5 he's coming in Jan to Soton, Garmash.. okay.. decent all rounder. Theres a German DM Niklas Stark, 10.75 release clause hes 19 good mental stats.

Should be able to get Bakkali very cheap as he doesnt want to sign a new contract

Never accept future fee percentages for goalkeepers, get more cash instead.

Goalkeepers hardly get transferred, especially established #1s.
 
Fierro is an absolute monster and has been for about 3 FMs now. I wonder if he's actually any good.

I cant get the tactics right at all! None of my strikers seems to be able to even glince the goalline..

Attacking full-backs (Haidara, Santon) , 1 limited and one ball-playing cb (Colo, anyone else) Second season Balanta if you can get him for < 5 mil
def mid - anchorman (tiote)
2 central mids - 1 advanced playmaker, 1 box-to-box (anita, sissoko)
RW - Raumdeuter (Ayoze, Ben Arfa in 2nd season)
LW - Winger support - (anyone)
Fwd - Advanced Striker (Facundo)

Have them either control or Overload - because Overload seems massively overpowered this year.

Sign Bakkali on a free in Jan, Balanta first thing for £5mil with a loan back clause.

If you can sell enough fringe player to get Depay, do it and play him LW.

That's about it!
 
Humam Tariq, currently on my first season with Lyon. Bought him for 372k Euro. Gave him 3 games starting as sub, entering at the 60-70th min mark and he scored in all 3 games.
 
Nathan Redmond is tearing up the championship on my Fulham game.

Patrick Roberts is very exciting player always looks dangerous when he gets the ball.
