How to Attract BIG players and what to offer them

iv'e recently gave everton 200mil to mess about with and i can sign really anyone i want, but all the big players are not intersted they all snub the only ones who i have signed where carlos tevez he was a free. beat barca ,real madrid , to him.. and kolo toure who was not interested in signing for us..but snatched are hands off at his £400,000 a week wages...so is there any tips to get the big players to sign thanks just experimenting a citeh with everton haha

Win some trophys in your first few seasons basically

They won't come to you because your reputation isn't high enough.

Okay the easiest way is to make your manager reputation the higest. So world class manager, I think is the highest, then players will sign for your club because they want to play for you.. I'm not sure if you'll sign Messi or Ronaldo but it's possible if you've got wages upto £400K per player.. Or the much lesss fun and realistic way is to use a in game DB editor and edit your team reputation to the higest. They are the only two ways I know.. Without making Everton one of the best clubs, by actually playing the game!!!

You can edit your manager stats on an editor. Or just re-hire yourself with the Internation Footballer reputation (It's not the highest rank, but It's a start)
