Manager attributes

Just started playing today, waited for the full game release.

Question for those who are already a bit more familiar with it. How do you improve your manager attributes and get coaching badges?

I started as sunday league footballer & zero badges so looking to add as much as I can as early as possible.

I tried to be realistic (even though I hold a C license) and started with no license and as a "sunday league footballer", with the slider set equally between the two.

Takes a few months for your players to listen to your team talks, and even longer for them to no longer get the "some players seem like they are not motivated to play for you" in the assistant feedback.

But sending yourself on coaching courses obviously increases your coaching atts.
And winning games, signing players (who go on to be successful), winning league titles, cup runs etc. all seem to boost your managerial attributes (and reputation). Also as far as I can tell, giving opportunities to youngsters increases youngster knowledge etc.

So that in Dec 2015, despite all attributes starting below 10 (a long way below for some!) I have now ended up like this...

And looking forward to improving going forward, really like this part of the new game!
