I signed him at the start of the 1st season for Aston Villa for £100k failed his WP so tried loaning him out etc and im in February now and still no1 will sign him on loan and i cant get a WP what should i do?

I had the same problem, all I did was apply for a new work permit and it was granted first time. You'll find the option to do so in transfer/contract or somewhere near there.

Ask board for an affiliate, make sure it's in EU but non-UK, go to 'squad' and 'move to affiliate' until the end of the season. Then re-apply for work permit via contract menu.

Or, if you already have affiliate set up, just punt him. Could always re-apply for WP after a couple of months, don't necessarily have to wait a full season especially if he's getting called up internationally. Suppose you are in February so could really do with some game time.

You need to leave 120 days between WP applications though.

Problem is that it is in February. IF the board isn't ready to get a feeder club, then try sending him to any Non-English feeder club you have (if you have any). If you have none, then just be patient till the next window, and loan him out then. There should be offers then.

Continuously offer him on loan to non-domestic clubs and for 0% salary. It took me about a month, but finally got a Greek team to pick him up for the rest of the season.

Im offering him no wages no monthly fee etc but not 1 offer since start of the season i need to sort it out because ive got 4 american regens coming in next season all under 16 with 4/5 star potential and they failed work permits so need to loan them out aswell.

took me 2 years with no luck loaning him out and then eventually got a WP. he's in my first team now, seems to have done ok and he didnt moan about being a reservist the entire time

Finally got club to find an affiliates so i can loan him out and they aint come back with anything ******* ME OFF!!

Just waiting for the dreaded, "While we agree in principle that an affiliate would be beneficial, unfortunately we have been unable to find any suitable candidates at the moment".
