work permit help plz

havent u got an affilliated club to avoid work permit regulations?
if so it shud let u sign him but wont be able to play him due to not having a work permit for britain but u just offer him a new contract and then it sshould allow u to play him

Yea but he has 2 wait for like 1 season, but mean while he can send him on loan

it should say u failed to gain a work permit but can still sign him and loan him out to gain a new nationality but u dont have to do that rather than wait 3 years just offer a new contract and he shud b available forr selection wen he accepts the new contract
