Need help Uploading files, Desperate!!!

I've just created a database I'd like to share with a few Fm base guys but when I try to upload files it stops some way through and says error or just doen't do the rest. I've tried uploading on 15 different sites and I'm getting pretty frustrated. Help would be much appreciated, I don't want to let the guys at my threaad down...

upload onto megaupload by clicking browse on the home page of megaupload.
and then u can uplaod the link onto the patches part of fm-base

Yeah, but I couldn't actually upload anything on mega upload in the first place, which is my problem...
